Ticket Info

Attendees of indoor performances will be required to wear a face mask and show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test.

Ways to Purchase Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online, via phone at 734-764-2538, or in-person at the Michigan League Ticket Office. Visit the UMS Ticket Office Contact Page for current phone and walk-up hours.

During this pandemic year, A2SF will offer completely flexible ticketing policies for all in-person events, including refunds, exchanges for future events, or a donation of the purchase price of the ticket(s) to A2SF. Whether a performance is canceled, or you’re simply not feeling well or are uncomfortable with attending, we will be happy to refund or exchange your tickets.

Fee Schedule

Fees of $3 to $6 per ticket for all internet and phone orders. There are no fees for tickets purchased at the League Ticket Office or the venue immediately prior to the performance. Fees are never refundable.

  • $3 for tickets $29 & less
  • $5 for tickets $30-$59
  • $6 for tickets $60+

The following discounts are available for most performances:

Group Sales: Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount.

Donor Presale: Donors of $100+ receive early access to tickets.

For more info please call the Ticket Office at 734-764-2538 or the A2SF Admin Office at 734-994-5999.

Patrons may exchange tickets for a $5 per ticket exchange fee. Exchanged tickets must be received by the Ticket Office (by mail or in person) at least one hour prior to the performance. The value of the tickets may be applied to another festival performance on the season. You may email an image of the torn tickets to UMSTIX@umich.edu. Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.

Unused tickets may be donated to A2SF for a tax-deductible contribution up to 15 minutes prior to the performance. Unused tickets that are returned after the performance are not eligible for a tax-deductible contribution. To donate your tickets, please contact the Ticket Office. To receive a tax-deductible receipt, please call the A2SF office at 734-994-5999.

A2SF strongly opposes ticket scalping. The resale of tickets by non-authorized outlets for a price greater than the retail price is a misdemeanor under Michigan law (MCL 750.465(6)). Whenever the festival is presenting a show we expect to be particularly popular, we discourage the resale of tickets by setting a limit on the number of tickets individuals can purchase. We encourage interested ticket buyers to contact our Ticket Office directly at (734) 764-2538 to inquire about ticket availability to any performance.
