Ann Arbor Summer Festival Internship Program
The Ann Arbor Summer Festival internship program offers meaningful, on-the-job experience for college students and recent graduates who are interested in pursuing careers in non-profit administration, arts management and live event production. Festival internships offer a wide range of hands-on experiences and networking opportunities for aspiring arts professionals. Hours are flexible and adaptable.
Participants will receive an honorarium thanks to the festival’s Molloy Arts Education Fund and the generosity of its donors. This fund aims to provide interns with a hands-on experience that fosters critical skill development and innovative thinking. Participants are expected to attend all professional development sessions, complete a benchmarking research project, and be available nightly during the festival (June 12 – July 5, 2020).
Applications to the program are currently being accepted until February 21, 2020. Selected candidates will be asked to complete two rounds of interviews. Round 1 phone interviews will take place in February, 2020. Round 2 in-person interviews will occur by early March, 2020. All applicants will be notified of final decisions by the end of March, 2020.
