Marketing and communications manager

The Ann Arbor Summer Festival is seeking a creative and results ­driven Marketing and Communications Manager to develop, analyze, and execute multi­channel marketing campaigns. This key position is responsible for planning and implementing successful strategies for effective brand enhancement, press relations, social and digital media approaches leading to measurable results. This role will provide input on high ­level decisions and oversee the creation and alignment of promotional, public relations, and brand initiatives.

Molloy Arts Internship Program

Program Information 
The Molloy Arts Internship Program internship program offers meaningful, on-the-job experience for college students and recent graduates who are interested in pursuing careers in non-profit administration, arts management and live event production. Festival internships offer a wide range of hands-on experiences and networking opportunities for aspiring arts professionals. Hours are flexible and adaptable.
Compensation
Participants will receive an honorarium thanks to the festival’s Molloy Arts Education Fund and the generosity of its donors. This fund aims to provide interns with a hands-on experience that fosters critical skill development and innovative thinking. Participants are expected to attend all professional development sessions, complete a benchmarking research project, and be available nightly during the festival (June 14 – July 7, 2019).

Deadlines
Applications to the program are currently being accepted. Selected candidates will be asked to complete two rounds of interviews. Round 1 phone interviews will take place in December and January, 2018. Round 2 in-person interviews will occur by the end of February, 2018. All applicants will be notified of final decisions by or before March 1, 2018.
