Retreat (Virtual): Zumba & Yoga

Start off by dancing to great music and partying into shape! Dance to Afro, Caribbean, and a mix of other international music. Our instructor, Damilare, is known for his contagious smile and mood-boosting classes. His choreography is easy to follow and great for the whole family.

To help you release tension and stretch those muscles after dancing, our instructor Robin will lead you through a dynamic yoga flow for all levels. The flow will start with strengthening poses and then lead into balancing exercises and stretches targeting common areas of tightness.  Robin is known for her clear cueing and well thought out flows. Expect to feel muscles relaxed, have more awareness of your posture, and your mind at ease.

A series of mind-body sessions, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation, and more.

Sessions will be broadcast on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday sessions can also be found on CTN public access television (channel 17 for Comcast).
