Retreat (Virtual): Strength Training and Yoga

Join SPENGA for 30 minutes of strength training followed by 30 minutes of yoga. This class will get your heart pumping to get you feeling strong and end with yoga poses to help gain flexibility, leading to quicker recovery and more mobility in the body. This class will be led by General Manager, Michelle Ostermyer.
A series of mind-body sessions, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation, and more.
Sessions will be broadcast on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday sessions can also be found on CTN public access television (channel 17 for Comcast and channel 99 for AT&T).
