Retreat (Virtual): Strength and Fitness Workout

Bring your body and be prepared to break a sweat, have fun, and learn the proper mechanics of all things bodyweight movements. Squats, push-ups, planks, lunges, sit-ups and more!

Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Having fun is a requirement for this class.

A series of mind-body sessions, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation, and more.

Sessions will be broadcast on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday sessions can also be found on CTN public access television (channel 17 for Comcast).
