Capoeira is an art form that blends some of the same qualities as yoga, Pilates, and aerobics while incorporating aspects of self-defense. Capoeira is a fun way to get fit while using a wide range of movements that are also derived from elements of dance, martial arts, and acrobatics while being both physically and mentally challenging.

A series of mind-body sessions, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation, and more.

Sessions will be broadcast on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday sessions can also be found on CTN public access television (channel 17 for Comcast).
