This accessible, Vinyasa-style class integrates breath and movement, inner and outer alignment, and strength and flexibility. Slow progressive sequences and longer holding postures are accompanied by steady rhythmic breath, encouraging the entire body and mind to balance, focus, and calm. This class is open to all levels–please bring your own yoga mat and come ready to have some fun!

A series of mind-body sessions at Top of the Park, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation, and more.

Led by experienced practitioners, all sessions are free and take place from 5pm to 6pm every Tuesday through Sunday on the Power Center Lawn. You won’t want to miss it!
