Retreat: The Barre Code

This class combines cardio kickboxing sequences with active recovery incorporating technique work, mobility, and strength. In this class, participants will learn new sequences and combinations to develop their coordination, speed, & accuracy!

A series of mind-body sessions at Top of the Park, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation, and more.

Led by experienced practitioners, all sessions are free and take place from 5pm to 6pm every Tuesday through Sunday on the Power Center Lawn. You won’t want to miss it!
