Retreat: Ita Yoga Studio- Ashtanga Short Form

Saturday, July 2 at 5pm
A pre-set sequence of postures including Vinyasas (breath and movement) and held postures. You will move through sun salutations, standing and seated postures. The sequence does not change, giving you the opportunity to gauge your growth and development in your practice.
This class is perfect for beginners to learn foundational postures and measure progress.
It is also excellent for athletes looking to enhance their abilities. This progressive sequence builds strength and increases flexibility.
