Yoga for Back Care
This class focuses on poses, stretches, and postures to promote a healthy spine. Bring props if you have them! (NOTE: This class is not intended to treat medical conditions.)

A series of mind-body sessions at Top of the Park, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation, and more.

Led by experienced practitioners, all sessions are free and take place from 5pm to 6pm every Tuesday through Sunday on the Power Center Lawn. You won’t want to miss it!
