Get ready to burn more calories than you thought possible as you move through intervals of various workout styles. Be prepared to complete three 15-minute segments of exercises such as strength, core & stretching, kickboxing, and cardio moves for a total body workout, a 45-minute class with non-stop action.
A series of mind-body sessions at Top of the Park, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in yoga, world dance, barre, capoeira, meditation and more.
Led by experienced practitioners, all sessions are free and take place from 5pm to 6pm every Tuesday through Sunday on the Power Center Lawn. You won’t want to miss it!
