Retreat: The Barre Code – Full Body Workout

Thursday, June 16 at 5pm

Join The Barre Code as they guide Retreat participants through a full body workout, designed to strengthen the core and to tone arms, abs, glutes and thighs. This 50 minute class is low impact, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. This class is designed for all ages and abilities, and modifications can be made along with some advancements. Please bring a yoga mat.
