Flexibility, Service, & Convenience
Ticket Exchange
Patrons may exchange tickets for a $5 per ticket exchange fee. Exchanged tickets must be received by the Ticket Office (by mail or in person) at least one hour prior to the performance. The value of the tickets may be applied to another festival performance on the season. You may fax a photocopy of your torn tickets to (734) 647-1171 or email an image of the torn tickets to UMSTIX@umich.edu. Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be exchanged.
Ticket Donations
Unused tickets may be donated to the festival for a tax-deductible contribution up to 15 minutes prior to the performance. Unused tickets that are returned after the performance are not eligible for a tax-deductible contribution. To donate your tickets, please contact the Ticket Office. To receive a tax-deductible receipt, please call the festival office at (734) 994-5999.
Ticket Resale
The Ann Arbor Summer Festival strongly opposes ticket scalping. The resale of tickets by non-authorized outlets for a price greater than the retail price is a misdemeanor under Michigan law (MCL 750.465(6)). Whenever the festival is presenting a show we expect to be particularly popular, we discourage the resale of tickets by setting a limit on the number of tickets individuals can purchase. We encourage interested ticket buyers to contact our Ticket Office directly at (734) 764-2538 to inquire about ticket availability to any festival performance.
Sorry, No Refunds
Please check your order and tickets carefully. All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may exchange them on or before the performance date, up to one hour before the show. Tickets may also be donated to the Ann Arbor Summer Festival up to 15 minutes prior to a show by calling the Ticket Office. To receive a tax receipt, please call the festival office at (734) 707-4961
