The Ann Arbor Summer Festival seeks a seasonal staff person to coordinate private parties, events and hospitality at Top of the Park (TOP), taking place in two party tents, annex event space and in the Grove area throughout the season. This public facing role is expected to deliver a high level of customer service and clear, respectful communication with a number of different constituents including vendors, stakeholders and the general public.

The Ann Arbor Summer Festival seeks a seasonal manager to oversee all artist accommodations, catering, hospitality, transportation, and merchandise services for select national and international artists presented during the 2018 season.
Ann Arbor Summer Festival Internship Program
Participants will receive an honorarium thanks to the festival’s Molloy Arts Education Fund and the generosity of its donors. This fund aims to provide interns with a hands-on experience that fosters critical skill development and innovative thinking. Participants are expected to attend all professional development sessions, complete a benchmarking research project, and be available nightly during the festival (June 8 – July 4, 2018).
Applications to the program are currently being accepted. Selected candidates will be asked to complete two rounds of interviews. Round 1 phone interviews will take place in January and February, 2018. Round 2 in-person interviews will occur buy the end of March, 2018. All applicants will be notified of final decisions by the end of March, 2018.
