Retreat: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A series of mind-body sessions at Top of the Park, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, Aikido, World Dance, Capoeira, and Hula Hooping.
Led by experienced practitioners, all sessions are free, and take place from 5 to 6 pm every Tuesday through Sunday on the Power Center Lawn.
Come have some fun with this multi-level Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. A laid back, non-intimidating way to try yoga. Everyone is welcome. We will stretch and strengthen though a series of sequences designed to open body and mind. Added bonus, we’ll have a great time in the process! Marty Betts is a 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and a Certified Personal Trainer. Please bring a mat or a beach towel, and prepare to relax and have fun.
