Retreat: Energy Management Yoga

A series of mind-body sessions at Top of the Park, this alternative happy hour lets you enjoy a relaxing late afternoon workout with classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, Aikido, World Dance, Capoeira, and Hula Hooping.
Led by experienced practitioners, all sessions are free, and take place from 5 to 6 pm every Tuesday through Sunday on the Power Center Lawn.
We don’t see the world as it is—we see it as we are. Rather, as the quality of energy we contain. Yes, we are vessels of life-force (prana), which rides on the breath. To put into our bodies the kind of energy we need to meet our life’s demands, we need to breathe and move intentionally, with our goals in mind. Come experience a yoga practice led by Natasha Schaffer based on an ancient but little known principle: To change your breath is to change your life.
