KidZone: International Institute, Center for Japanese Studies, and AFS
Games from around the world
Friday, June 22 @ 5pm
Come to the KidZone tent tonight to fill up your passport for a chance to win prizes by playing games from around the world hosted by AFS, the Center for Japanese Studies, and the International Institute!
The University of Michigan’s International Institute houses 17 centers and programs focused on specific world regions and global themes. Our KidZone Tent activity will feature children’s games from around the world. This activity is included in the Ann Arbor Japan Week.
An interactive area for our youngest festival-goers, the KidZone tent provides a fun and safe area for children and their parents to discover and explore a wide variety of hands-on activities with different community partners. From learning karate, creating homemade instruments, or meeting prehistoric critters, KidZone offers different nightly activities for families at Top of the Park.
Led by community partners, all sessions are free, and take place from 5 to 8 pm every Tuesday through Sunday at the KidZone tent at Top of the Park.
