Due to unexpected tour difficulties, the June tour dates for the Spanish Harlem Orchestra have been canceled. It is both the artist and our hope that a return engagement can be rescheduled in the future.

We will be notifying ticket holders directly that they can get full refunds, apply their purchase price to other festival shows or donate the ticket value via the ticket office at 734-764-2538.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

A proud throwback to the classic era of Latin jazz big bands, the Grammy-winning Spanish Harlem Orchestra has established itself as a standard bearer of contemporary Latin music since it formed over a decade ago. Directed by world-renowned pianist, arranger, and producer Oscar Hernández, this thirteen-member all-star ensemble has reintroduced the classic sounds of ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s New York City Salsa to music and dance lovers worldwide.

This program has been generously underwritten by Ines and Eric Storhok.

PRICE: $40 General Admission with an open dance floor

“They make you get up and dance, tap into the good-natured, communal spirit characteristic of salsa at its timeless best.”
